PAYMENT

You pay for your online order through iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Maestro, ApplePay, Klarna, Paypal, Sofort Banking, Bancontact, Giropay or bank transfer. Additional transfer costs for bank transfers from abroad are borne by the buyer

DELIVERY TIME

All products are in stock - unless stated otherwise. Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days and paid with iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Maestro or Paypal are usually shipped within 24 hours - unless stated otherwise.

When you order a 'New Amsterdam' table different terms apply, please find them below. The delivery time for regular orders within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 working days. We ship within the Netherlands with DHL or PostNL. If you have not received your order within 4 days, please contact us via customercare@stonedamsterdam.com so we can find out where your package is located.

Orders for shipping within and outside Europe are also processed immediately. Depending on the courier, the delivery time in Europe is 2 to 7 workings days and outside Europe 5 to 14 working days. Shipments abroad are sent with PostNL, UPS or DHL. Wish to order larger numbers? Please e-mail us at sales@stonedamsterdam.com

If your order outside of Europe please take into account that import duties will be charged.

Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands starts at €5,98. Shipping costs get calculated based on the total weight of your order. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands differ per country and get calculated at checkout. See details below.

'NEW AMSTERDAM' TABLES

Once you ordered a marble table from our 'New Amsterdam' collection through our online shop stonedamsterdam.com our team will contact you by e-mail shortly and share pictures of the pieces available at our warehouse for you to pick your favorite. After that an appointment for delivery will be made. Delivery will take place on week days during office hours.

The delivery service of a 'New Amsterdam' piece is 89 euros within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If you order a piece of the 'New Amsterdam' collection from another country shipping costs get calculated at checkout.

The delivery service is a door step delivery. The delivery driver will not bring your order inside your home.

If your order outside of Europe please take into account that import duties will be charged.

When you are not complete satisfied with your purchase it is possible to return it within 14 days after delivery. Shipment will be on your expense. For more information please check 'Return & Exchanges'.

DAMAGED GOODS

If something happened to your package during shipment and the contents of your package are broken or damaged, send a photo of the damaged package, the damaged goods and your order number to customercare@stonedamsterdam.com so we can immediately solve the problem.
