RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 14 days after delivery date. Before you return your purchase please send an email with track-and-trace-code to customercare@stonedamsterdam.com so we know your parcel is on its way. After the 14-day period we cannot accept your return unfortunately.

Returning your package will be on your expense. Within the Netherlands a parcel will cost you €6,95. If you would like to return a product of a higher value, we advise you to send the package insured. Items with signs of use, scratches or damages will be rejected and returned to sender.

Please place the item in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box, fill out this return form and put it inside the box. Please securely close and tape it. Once your return has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method within 7 days. The return address is as follows.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return, we check the products and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days, including the shipping costs of your order. Returning costs are for the buyer. If you return an order with a higher value, we advise you to send the package insured since we do not refund broken or damaged returns.

EXCHANGES

Items can only be returned for a refund. If you would like to exchange an item, we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the right item or size you prefer.
